1. Acceptance

By accessing trekport.sh or using Trekport Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site or product.

2. License grant

Subject to your active subscription, Trekport grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Trekport Studio on machines you control, solely for the purpose of migrating Oracle databases to PostgreSQL.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Trekport Studio (which is protected by multi-layer obfuscation).
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute Trekport Studio.
• Use Trekport Studio to violate any applicable law.
• Share your license key with parties outside your organization.

4. Subscription & billing

Trekport Studio is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the Refund Policy in your purchase invoice.

5. Free trial

The free trial supports databases of up to 10 tables. Trial usage is subject to all other terms.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Trekport Studio is provided “as is.” You are responsible for backing up your source databases before migration and for validating the migrated database before cutover. We don't guarantee specific migration outcomes for any particular schema.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trekport's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on trekport.sh and emailed to active subscribers.
